LWKK®SVG静止无功发生装置

LWKK® SVG-STATICVAR GENERATOR

原理:静止无功发生器(SVG:StaticVar Generator)的基本原理是由IGBT型高频并联逆变器通过电抗器直接并联在电网上,适当调节高频逆变器交流侧输出电压的相位和幅值或者直接控制其交流侧电流,就可以使该电路发生满足需求的无功电流,实现动态无功补偿的目的。下图展示的为LWKK®SVG的三种运行模式:

适用场合:

1、 各类矿业生产、冶金行业,轧机和提升机较多的冲击性负荷。它们对电网冲击大,造成电压大幅波动,严重影响其他设备安全运行,降低功率因数和生产效率,达不到电力系统考核,造成罚款。

2、 绞车、转盘、泥浆泵较多存在的钻井工况,也是属于典型的冲击性负荷,对电网无功冲击大,功率因数极低,电压波动大,畸变率高,影响系统控制及重要设备的使用效果。

3、 需要大量电缆进行电力传输的线路供电系统,如高铁、轨道交通等,在电网中产生大量容性无功,抬高线路末端的电压,存在与系统谐振的可能。

应用方案:

Application

SVG:单纯无功容量较小,谐波电流引起的畸变小的场合。

    For occasions in small reactive power compensation capacity and currentdistortion.

SVG+APF:对于无功补偿容量较大,谐波引起的电流畸变较大时,SVG补偿系统无功,APF补偿电网谐波电流,改善电网电压。

     For largereactive power compensation capacity,serious current distortion occasions,SVGcompensate reactive current,APF compensate harmonic current,improve thevoltage.

SVG+APF+TSC(MSC):对于无功补偿容量大,预算较低的场合,SVG和TSC/MSC相结合的方案,适当选择小容量的SVG,控制预算比例,TSC/MSC可以采用消谐补偿回路,有效抑制电网谐波电流。

     For largereactive power compensation capacity,strict cost-control occasions.SVG andTSC/MSC compensate reactive power,SVG should be configured as general or lesssystem capacity,it cut the cost.TSC/MSC should be configured as eliminateharmonic loop,suppress the harmonic current in the grid effectively.
